Everything you need to know about booking a HITS drone light show.

What is a drone light show?
A synchronized fleet of LED-equipped quadcopters flying pre-programmed 3D flight paths to form logos, messages, and animated patterns in the night sky. Each drone can produce billions of color combinations — no fireworks, no noise, no residue.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 4–6 weeks for a preset show. Custom shows with original animation design may require 8–12 weeks. Contact us early — show dates fill up fast around holidays.
Are your shows safe?
Safety is our top priority. Every show is fully simulation-tested before execution. Our drones are built with redundant GPS and RF systems to avoid the interference failures that have grounded other shows. All flights use CAAP-licensed pilots.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Our team manages CAAP airspace coordination and local permit requirements as part of your booking. We conduct a site assessment to confirm clearances and safe launch zones.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
Drone shows require calm, dry conditions. We monitor weather closely and will coordinate contingency planning — including rescheduling — if conditions are unsafe. We do not fly in rain, strong winds, or dense fog.
How long does a show last?
Typical shows run 5–15 minutes depending on the package and choreography. Setup and on-site calibration takes 1–2 hours before the show.
Can I use my own logo or design?
Absolutely. Custom shows are fully tailored — your logo, brand colors, a message, or a full animated story. Share your vision when you book and our design team will translate it into a sky-ready animation.
What is the minimum drone count?
Our smallest package starts at 5 drones — great for intimate events. For spectacular visuals and complex formations, we recommend 50+ drones.
Do you operate outside Davao?
Yes. We're based in Davao City but available for events across the Philippines. Travel and logistics costs for out-of-city shows are factored into your custom quote.

Fleet Configuration Note

Leader drones are open-platform and compatible with third-party software, so you’re free to deploy an all-leader fleet. A full leader drone fleet delivers the highest GPS positioning accuracy across your entire swarm.

For mixed fleets (leaders + followers), the recommended maximum ratio is 1 leader drone per 25 follower drones. Mixed configurations require either our Show Control Software or a custom software integration — follower drones do not operate independently.

Cloud-based show design, 3D choreography scripting, and autonomous flight automation with dual-redundancy positioning — UWB and GPS run simultaneously, so if either system goes down the swarm stays accurately locked. Only leader drones require RTK GPS; follower drones rely on UWB for positioning, which significantly lowers the hardware cost of scaling a fleet. Safety-simulation built in — preview and validate every show before a single drone leaves the ground.
